"Good day ma'am, I hear you have a problem?" I was called to deal with a difficult patient that couldn't find any frames she likes and apparently none of them fit her face. I honestly don't know how that is a possibility as we have over six hundred frames for her to choose from, all of them free, I might add as they are all donated to the clinic, but this woman doesn't seem to be happy with anything we have to offer. I don't know why they call me when they have difficult patients, apparently the women will listen to anything I say as they are too distracted with my looks and will take just about anything I tell them looks good on them.
