Dinner was interesting and delicious. The prime rib Ray made was covered in a homemade garlic herb butter and was roasted to a perfect medium rare. The sides they made were roasted green beans, brown butter brussels sprouts, whipped potatoes, a garden salad and homemade rolls. They brought out three bottles for us. One bottle of red, one of white and one sparkling grape juice and I just chuckled. I meant what I said about drinking. I was done and I was happy to know that my family supported me in every way possible.
