Lorelei Larissa's P.O.V.
I can't forget about what happened. I feel like I don't have a face to show to him anymore. After being rejected so many times, my self confidence has decreased.
"You sighed again. For how many times will you do that?" Sophie asked.
We are here now at the library. She needs to study something, and she wants me to accompany her here.
Well, I have two hours vacant, so it is fine with me.
"I feel like I am losing this battle," I said with no energy at all.
She stared at me for a minute to process what I'd said. When she realized it, a small smile crept into her face, but in a span of a second it changed into a concerned one.
"Really? The Lorelei I know does not have given up on her vocabulary."
"Yeah. It's just that I feel so down," I said in a low tone.
