Kyle moved around the house freely, having been informed that his nephew had gone into town with Sia. There was no chance he would bump into her, and he was enjoying the spacious compound when a car drove in. Little James ran up to him eagerly as the house workers moved towards the car to assist in offloading the foodstuffs they had brought back. Stepping out of the car after James was Sia, looking as hot as always. Her dress clung to her curves, highlighting her hourglass figure, with a plunging neckline that showed off her ample cleavage and a hemline that barely reached mid-thigh, revealing her long, toned legs. The fabric hugged her in all the right places, emphasizing her hips and the swell of her breasts, making Kyle’s pulse quicken. When their eyes locked, the tension between them was palpable.
"Uncle K., the town is beautiful!" James exclaimed, running circles around him. Kyle tore his gaze away from Sia and focused on his nephew.
"Really? Care to share what you saw with me?" he replied, smiling and acting fascinated, as if that wasn’t the city he grew up in.
"Yes!" James stopped running in circles and went inside with Kyle. They went into his room, and James kept blabbing about how enthusiastic he was about the town and its people.
"Let me tell you a secret," he said, smiling gleefully, as if it was something of great importance.
"What is it?" Kyle asked, smiling at each of his words.
"Miss Sia will be getting married soon," he announced, squealing.
"Who told you that?" Kyle was caught off guard by his words and couldn’t place how to feel. Maybe it's for the better, he thought.
"I heard it from the market women. She hasn’t met him yet," James replied.
"An arranged marriage," Kyle scoffed.
"Maybe. They think she’s avoiding their son and told Miss Sia they want her for him," James said, already roaming around the bookshelf, leaving Kyle alone with his thoughts. Kyle was now pissed at the fact that they were trying to set her up with someone she hadn’t met, just because he was their son. But why was he angry? He must be crazy, he thought, diverting his attention back to his nephew, who was now engrossed in the books.
Sia lay on her bed, the burning desire she saw on Kyle’s face when she stepped out of the car replaying in her mind. Why was he doing this to her? she thought, wincing silently. She had never been this weak around Jake, despite loving him for years. Thinking about Jake, he had told her he would stop by before heading home that day. She went to her wardrobe and picked a short, armless gown with a V-neck that exposed her cleavage and hinted at her thighs, making her look both seductive and classy. She headed to the backyard where she usually met Jake. Kyle met her halfway down the stairs, and his eyes roamed over her body. The sight of her breasts sent shivers down his spine. He couldn’t control himself. His eyes ignited with intensity, and he was visibly hard. He groaned, and when their eyes met, hers were filled with shy desire. She must have noticed his erection through his trousers. Unconsciously, he held her hand, and her body shivered. He saw the effect he had on her. She, noticing the tension, tried to run, but he pulled her back, her ass pressing against his hard-on, making her moan softly. The feeling of his c**k pressing against her disturbed her, but she loved it. Her moan made him harder, and she could feel it. He pushed her away immediately and rushed off the stairs, leaving her alone. He must be crazy, he thought. He seemed to have forgotten that he was not there to catch feelings or play around. He had a lot on his plate and didn’t need a distraction at the moment.
Sia was unsure of what had just happened between them, even more shocked when he left her there. She went to meet Jake outside, looking disturbed, but when she saw him, she let out a smile. Jake, on the other hand, was marveling at her sight. She was breathtaking, and when they broke the hug, he spun her around. She seemed to be getting more attractive over the years. He was aware she had a crush on him but had been acting clueless. That day, he knew she was all grown up. Her dress accentuated her femininity. They started chatting as usual, and he asked her if she was cool with her boss now.
"Maybe," she replied, shrugging.
"And what is that supposed to mean?" Sia looked at him. His eyes shone into hers, but the intensity her body felt towards him was not as daring as what it felt towards her boss. The way her body reacted when her boss looked at her was quite different from Jake's. She wasn’t sure why her boss had such influence over her, and they had just met.
"Are you there?" Jake asked again, snapping his fingers in her face. She was brought back to reality, realizing she had drifted into her thoughts. She faked a cough.
"Sorry, I just have a lot on my mind," she apologized.
"A lot? Is anything wrong, Si'?" He was holding her hands, staring into her eyes sincerely. She looked up at him and was about to answer when they both heard footsteps. It was her boss. He stopped walking and stared at both Sia and Jake, who were still holding hands. His gaze drifted to their hands, and Sia quickly pulled hers away, standing up in a jumpy manner. Jake knew immediately that he was her boss. He stood up and extended a hand forward for a shake.
"Good evening, I'm Jake." Not shaking his hand, Kyle scoffed.
"Do you have business in my house?" he asked rudely.
"He is a friend of mine, sir," Sia chipped in. Kyle seemed dissatisfied with her response.
"Is this what I pay you to do? Accommodate your friends during work hours? Huh? Is this what you go about doing?" He seemed annoyed. Here he goes again, Sia thought, regretting ever lusting after him.
"Actually, we are more of a family," Jake said in her defense. "I am her guarantor, and I only came to check on her to make sure she is fine," he added, not sure if he was convincing enough.
"Nice, a boyfriend, huh?" Kyle was angrier now.
"I just said we are more of a family," Jake reminded him. Kyle stared at them both and left without saying another word, but it was obvious he was angry.
"He really is a douchebag," Jake said, throwing a punch in the air. Sia hated her boss at that moment. He was always getting her angry, even after promising not to take his frustrations out on her any longer. He did it again, and the self-pity she had for him turned into anger.
"If he keeps talking down to you this way, you should quit, Sia. I'll find a job for you," Jake said, trying to assure the disturbed Sia.
"It's fine, Jake. I'm so sorry you had to witness this," she apologized.
"Don't do that, Si'," he chuckled, hugging her goodbye. He promised to let her know when he would come around next so they could meet in town.
As Jake left, Sia stood there, replaying the events in her mind. The way Kyle looked at her, the burning desire in his eyes, it was all too much. She felt a mixture of confusion and longing. She knew she shouldn’t feel this way about her boss. But there was something about Kyle that drew her in, something she couldn’t ignore.
Kyle, on the other hand, was pacing in his room, trying to make sense of his feelings. He was angry, not just at the situation but at himself. Why did he care so much about who Sia was seeing? He had no right to feel jealous, yet the thought of her with someone else made his blood boil. He needed to focus on his responsibilities, not get caught up in these emotions. But every time he saw her, every time he caught a glimpse of her smile or the curve of her body, he lost himself.
That evening, as the house quieted down, Sia found herself restless. She decided to take a walk to clear her mind. She walked through the garden, the cool night air soothing her heated thoughts. She reached a secluded bench and sat down, staring at the stars. The sound of footsteps made her turn, and there was Kyle, standing a few feet away.
"Couldn’t sleep?" he asked, his voice low and filled with something she couldn’t quite place.
"No, too much on my mind," she admitted.
He walked over and sat beside her, the proximity sending electric shocks through her body. They sat in silence for a while, the tension between them growing with each passing second.
"Sia, I’m sorry about earlier. I shouldn’t have acted that way," Kyle finally said, breaking the silence. Sia stood up placed a smile on her face and greeted him goodnight without waiting for his response, she left him alone.
