Liam’s POV
It had been hours. Hours and no Toney. We were getting worried that she wouldn’t show. This was truly exhausting. I give the police more credit. There would be no way in hell I could sit here doing this day in and day out. Just as I was about to give up, we saw Toney approach her bar with another woman.
“There she is!”
“Okay, let’s go. Liam let me do all the talking here. If she has anything to do with this, one wrong word might set her off.”
“Understood.” The hell with that. If she showed any sign, she was involved with this, then I would most definitely be doing some talking.
We stepped out of the vehicle and back into the bar. The man from earlier signaled us that she had went up to her room without saying anything.
