During the summer,I was asked if I would double date with Mary Rose, one of my friends on my floor, who was staying in the dorm through the summer, and dating a guy from Burlington. Her date asked Mary Rose if she would get a date for his friend, ‘who was a good-looking guy, like him.
Smarting from aprevious date with one of the college guys I knew, I asked Mary Rose “When?”
“This coming Saturday,” replied Mary Rose. “They’ll pick us up in front of the dorm, about 6:30.”“Where are we going,”I asked?
