Chapter Twenty-Three
Change
“Good morning, Luna.”
She gently rubbed her eyes as she sat up and slid off the bed. She smiled at her maid who was already preparing her breakfast on the table. The weather outside is nice which makes her feel excited. She wants to walk and visit the village today so, she quickly went to the bathroom to wash up and get change.
Jemmica sat on the couch as Lidia was putting some food on her plate. She started eating as soon as the lady gave her the plate. Then she motioned her maid to join her and the woman didn’t reject. They eat the food together and finished it all after several minutes.
“Do you want me to go with you, Luna? Give me a couple of minutes to bring these trays of dishes to the kitchen then, I will go with you for a walk,” Lidia said.
