Second identity ( thanatos)

Isekai's has woken up from the blackout, he has blackout more than once after accepting his Master, if he was to remember he started training at the age of six so he has already gotten used to blacken out and thereby wakes more faster.

"not even five minutes and you have already woken up, i like you" Gavin said as he took out a penknife," i read about the hundred cut punishment and never thought i could try that one day", Gavin said as he made a little cut at Moses lower abdomen, "i want to see how many cut it will take me before you bleed out"

cut after cut Isekai did not scream as everything started becoming more hazier to him, he has tried his teachers teaching of being one with nature since according to his master it can seperate him from pain.

after the sixty six cut, Gavin who has been humming his own little tune all this while can't help as he noticed that Isekai was no longer breathing nor his heart beating.

"ah! too bad he has to die this fast" Gavin said.

the real reason while he has brought Isekai back from the arena was not only for his sadistical need but to serve as a warning and also to impact fear on Yinito who has been forced to watch everything, to him Isekai was literally of no value and he has thought of permanently living him to the arena but then after Yinito tried to escape he has decided to use this as a warning.

actually when Gavin was talking about Isekai trying to escape he was not only talking to Isekai but also Yinito.

"you see though you are currently of a bit value to me but just know you will suffer this or maybe much if you keep being stubborn" Gavin said towards the glass separating the room Yinito was to the torture room.

"take him and dump his body outside the wall i believe it will be of more value to the wasteland" Gavin said.

actually when Gavin said that Isekai was dead, Yinito who has been struggling ever since she saw Isekai on the table stopped, she became completely calm. ever since they where captured she has always fought back even though they placed something like a bracelet on her stopping her power. she has been so stubborn and has tried escaping more than once but now she was very calm as tears found their way out of her eye.

though Yinito has always been stubborn and unyielding ever since Takamatusu picked her but right now she was very calm as she watched Isekai's lifeless body being carried out, she was seeing nobody else except Isekai's lifeless body.

inside a void like word Isekai opened his eyes as he saw a light afar.

"i have been here before" Isekai said on recognizing where he was.

this was the place he came when he tried becoming one with nature.

Isekai walked towards the light so as to still confirm his formal thought and this time he got to the light .

" i know there is no way for me not to meet you, even if it don't happen now it will happen soon " Isekai heard a voice as he saw a man standing on the point of light. "who are you", Isekai asked as he heard the man.

"should i tell you a story " the man said totally ignoring Isekai's question.

"what story" isekai asked confused.

"story about how Erath came to be, you see centuries ago a mistake was made destroying earth balance thereby letting the degenerates you see now and the devil to fluster the earth.

"what is earth, Isekai asked confusedly since his world was not called earth but Erath.

" earth is the world where Erath was carved out from, it existed before Erath now let me continue my story, after the degenerates and the devil flustered earth the master of twisted book of fate in other to make everything return to normal sacrificed to create a new world and that was how Erath came into being, he banished all the degenerates and demons to Erath but then after some years he found out that they have found a way to make it back to earth bringing endless s*******r with them and making the twisted book of fate keeper to send humans into Erath so as to help keep the degenerates back, after sending in humans, the keeper of the twisted book of fate gave them powers so as to give the humans a fighting back option and that was how Erath "

"you are dead or to put it right you will soon be merging so i guess it is time to give you back your memories " the man said as something like a light fused into Isekai making him remember so many things.

after the light finished fusing with Isekai he immediately punched the man.

"zhang fei fei!! Isekai screamed with rage, he has just regained all his past memories.

fifteen years ago thanatos the god of death wanted to know what it feels like being a human so he meet zhang fei fei the keeper of the twisted book of faith so he can help him accomplish his goal. during the meeting he has actually asked zhang fei fei to seal his memories so that he can live like a human to the fullest.

"it was not my fault, actually i wanted you to live a bit long but it is already written, you know am not the keeper of fate but the keeper of the twisted book of faith, i have already tried enough in twisting fate to make you be a human but just as you know which i know you know better there is always time for death," Zhang fei fei said.

hearing this isekai who has regained his identity as thanatos could only force out a smile.

"i understand so it is now my turn, i see this is how humans feels whenever i strike, " Isekai who has gotten his identity back as thanatos said as he relented.

"why Erath?" thanatos asked .

" you remember the story i told you" Zhang fei fei asked.

"yes i already knew the story before," thanatos i said.

"i knew you knew but i have a reason for telling you.

"the reason i brought you here was because i need your help," Zhang fei fei said.

"i see, so what do you need my help on," thanatos asked.

"the degenerates has found a way to make it back to earth, i only needed your help on stopping them", Zhang fei fei said.

"i see, so that was the reason you sent me here, you really did plan well.

i would have really tried helping if was still living, humph! to bad the book of fate has ordained me to die early," thanatos said nonchalantly.

"i can twist fate back for you to return, i just don't know if you still want," zhang fei fei said.

"no it is fine, i only wanted to feel what humans feel and i think i have done just that," thanatos said but then felt something.

" are you sure you wanted to let only her be," zhang fei fei asked seeing thanatos expression.

"seems you planned everything ahead of time," thanatos said.

though he has regained his thanatos identity but he don't know while he was feeling this emotional attachment.

right now he don't exactly know what he was feeling but among all the thing he was feeling he was feeling that he has somehow disappointed Yinito, he can't help thinking how she is and how she will be faring after finding out he is dead.

after sometime thanatos smiled, "seems you really planned all well, i will go back but this time i will go with all my memories and also i don't actually knew why i have no gift," thanatos said.

why will you need a gift when i never sealed your power, you literally have all your powers with you just that in other to keep balance you have to do something to fully activate it," zhang fei fei said.

"then what is that?" thanatos asked.

"kill more!! zhang fei fei said.
