Mellisa's POV
“Did he tell you anything?” My Beta, Aiden, asked me once I got out after an hour from the cell.
“He did mock me and taunted me about how he was right under our noses.”
Aiden growled and stepped forward to walk inside the room when I blocked him. “He wants to rile us up so that we might kill him. He is much more important to us alive than dead.”
I used the automated remote to lock the cell up. Three of our engineers worked on it for us. I knew that guards can be compromised but not this.
“When will we be back?”
“Give him time to break, we need any information we can get. How did it all start?”
