“Alpha, the first rogues taken needed back up.” My second in command, looks at me with furrowed eyebrows.
I give him a long look from across the table in my office.
I lifted a brown him, “It would seem the new Alpha of the Octavuis pack is living up to her name.”
“That should be a thing of concern, she seems well calculated and capable.”
A chuckle rumbles in my belly, “They have no idea what I have in store for them. A little surprise that will definitely create a rift in the pack.”
“I'm not following, this should be a cause for alarm.”
“Not for me,” my face goes cold. “She is nothing but a pesky little pest, that will definitely be taken care of today.”
His eyes then glaze over for a while, before staring right back at me.
“I'm unable to reach, West.”
