Twenty-Six years later, in Aceland city, as Tim was still visualized as a crystalline person with a Genorssa-Stabilizer contained in himself, he was now a patrol officer, riding on his sports bike with his long black jacket with the hood on his head. As the whole city knew him, he was known as The Rapid Shadow. He would scout around streets through streets in a city and viewing for crime to prevent. That night, Tim was looking for an illegal crime-operation, called The Snake-Packs; while its members and the leader ((so called) Overlord) were starting their meeting in the abandon workshop.
Tim was riding through the streets to the Snake-Packs.
Meanwhile in the abandon workshop, the leader of the Snake-Packs discussed to the members of upgrading their operation and gaining more sells than usual.
“We have to put a lot of heat into this now. And products need to be verified. Otherwise don’t sell unless I tell you to.” he declared.
Tim parked his sports-bike at the side of the abandoned workshop building. He got off the bike and getting his weapons and gears ready, then strapped his sawed-off gun on his back. Then he started to levitate himself and flew straight up to the top of the building, landed softly on the roof and view above to listen to the meeting.
Inside the building, the Snake-Packs and Overlord were debating on expanding their operations. Each and every one of the members would shout out “We need more functioning on the Customer Service and all that.”
“Level down the price and costs too. There're too many damn requirements.”
“Increase the availability of them.”
“And better hold the thought of keeping that out of children’s faces. They don’t need to taste those shit.” Overlord reminded.
During the debate, Tim suddenly entered (unnoticedly) as he walked out of the shadow of the corner.
“Long time no see.” Tim spoken with a loud echo across the room.
Overlord and the Snake-Pack turned their heads with a jump by Tim’s voice. Then they stared at him. The henchmen at the doorway took out their guns. But Tim (holding his machine gun) shot each entire gun (with hyper-speed) off the henchmen’s hands as the guns exploded and they felt the stun. Tim pointed his machine gun at the henchmen.
“Anymore pull offs can fall without getting up.” he said.
Overlord stood and glared, while some of the members of the Snake-Pack chuckled, but the rest admired.
“You got good aim.” Overlord said to Tim. “You taught that to yourself?”
“Why? Is that what you’re teaching against kids?” Tim included. “The ones from stores, getting themselves frozen to the ground, or worse, getting them killed?”
“Hey they’re only for kids from a certain age of teens and over up.”
“Still doesn’t change the fact that one teen nearly got killed by your products.”
“That wasn’t our choice either. They come to us for a reason. We have bought products for a reason. Why do you think we exist for a reason? We stand for the city. For those that have loyalties for our operation. Especially employed workers of ours. Everyone’s living as a junk yard these days now, carrying no cashes but scraps. Hell, can’t even feed their families some goodies when they get home. Looking for someone or something like us just to make others helpful, especially for themselves. Reliable, independent. The only way for them to grow.... only way for them to breathe. Not every choice of theirs are copied by someone else.” he spoke. “That’s called reality. Not Disney World. They have the right to either take it or leave it. The only thing they have problems with, are the regulation of our sells. Not our fault they refuse to take the hint.”
“Giving the citizens the 'dreams and hopes' by product selling requires not trying to get your own people killed by your own mess, Overlord.” said Tim. “That’s done by self-management instead of neglection; which you’ve should’ve thought of before ‘cause right now, your operation’s done.”
The boss looked at his soldiers and called for them.
“Get Him.” he shouted.
As a couple of them were walking towards them, Tim took a shot at each and every one of them with his machine gun and one soldier was shot at the chest, and one was shot in the arm. One member of the Snake-Packs went up to Tim to take a punch at him, but Tim ducked under the Snake-Pack's arm and punched him in the chest as the Snake-Pack coughed out saliva out of his mouth, then kicked him down so hard that the Snake-Pack's back was damaged, due to his super-strength. Then two of the Snake-Packs charged up to Tim, but Tim super-spin-kicked two of the men straight at their faces and they both flew back after the kick, while one guy landed and crashed through the glass table with drinks that spilled all over him, and the other guy crashed through a door as it got broken down. One guy took a swing at Tim, but Tim blocked his punch, kicked him in the chest, grabbed his arm, then jumped over him and cracked the bones in his arm in pain behind him as he landed. The guy screamed in pain and dropped himself down to the ground, moaning through pain. A couple of the Snake-Packs charged up to Tim; one with the blade, and one with the medal-bat. The guy swung his blade at Tim, but Tim dodged the blade as he backed up, move to the side as he jumped with levitation, and ducked under the swing of the blade with hyper-speed. The one guy swung a metal-bat at Tim, but Tim blocked the bat, then snatched the metal-bat with his hands by his super-strength and slammed the guy with his hand hard at his face, far back to the ground as saliva came out. The guy swung his blade at Tim, but Tim snatched the blade with his hand and kicked the guy on the chest so far back that the guy flew throughout the wall and landed outside. One Snake-Pack guy pulled out his gun, but Tim shot fire-blast from his fist at the gun, then exploded and knocked out the guy that was holding it as well. Overlord looked around from his left to his right, while everyone was knocked out on the floor. Then he looked at Tim.
“Want a turn?” Tim said sarcastically.
“Gotta admit” said Overlord, “you’re a hell of a legend at this. The best. Even better than those fools lying on the ground. And those defensive guys in the streets, now beaten and crashed in the heads. Not even anyone in the streets would dare themselves to sweep out those pathetic, useless puppets I regret to hire. You know, we could make the operation exist and better than how anyone look at it. This can be the new generation of my operation. The new system, production, and the quality. And better yet,” Overlord chuckled, “massive-ass profit...dancing in our hands. As long as you’re around. So how ‘bout it, ‘Blood’? You read that vibe?”
“Yeah, keep dreaming.” said Tim. “As long as I fight for the city and not for your nasty impactive occupation, it’s a ‘Hell for no’.”
Overlord laughed. “.... Fair enough. And as my way of respect….”
Overlord took out his pistol and shot at Tim. But the bullet was deflected by Tim as Tim was not harmed or damaged, but stood and gave Overlord a deep stare at him as Overlord lowered his pistol away from him slowly as he glared.
“... My turn.” said Tim.
Then Tim took out his stun-gun and tased Overlord with 10 milliamps. Overlord felt it while getting tased, and then fell and passed out on the ground. Tim lowered his taser and put it away.
Next day, in the ALCDP (Aceland City Police Department), Harvy Williams (the chief of police) was checking off and filling some information sheets. Then Tim flew to the opened window, and walked through it, open into the office as he was behind chief Williams. Tim slammed the window hard to get the chief's attention. Chief Williams jumped and turned (almost his full body) quick to Tim. He was relieved as he breathed long and deep.
“God’s Sakes!” shouted the chief..
“’How good is it to see the chief, as his face turns red crying for help?’” Tim said as a joke.
Tim walked to Chief Williams at his desk and told him about how the police-department needs to be upgraded, based on Tim receiving alerts all over the city and couldn’t manage to prevent all the crimes himself anymore that are all occurring.
“Parents losing kids by getting shot and wasted by gang members at any street in the city, as well as other innocent victims murdered out of nowhere whether if they're walking back home or the second they step outside and inside the store for something to drink. And invasion of mobs breaking in schools, expanding massive murders of kids, teachers, parents and family that are included. This city's starting to become the worst than time I came here,” said Tim. "So I decided to start my own police unit. Along with trained cops that would look forward to it, and some high-standing utilities to prevent and at least reduce crimes in our city for the citizens."
Chief Williams was personally not sure if Tim's plan would turn out the best, but either way, he had hope that it would.
“Although that idea is, quite brilliant. But there are some subjects that you may have to acquire; like facility equipment, budgeting and all that.”
“I’ll keep digging until it turns successful.”
Chief Williams turned to his police guard.
“Guess granting wishes on this planet is his other top super-power, huh.” he said.
Then he turned to Tim.
“Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful that a super-genetic being like you is looking after this city and saving the living hell out of us.” the chief spoke. “But people in the team you’re making, not everyone has super-abilities, you know.”
“I’m not doing this for myself,” said Tim. “I’m doing this ‘cause as I have my super-ability, it’s my job to look after this city and not have it splatter all over and burn in pieces before cops arrive.”
Tim told the chief that he will go through some process of progress of starting his own squad. After a short silence, the chief nodded his head and agreed.
“Good luck out there.” he said to Tim.
