Chapter 25 In the castle court Samilion sat on Liorn's throne. The fool does have taste he thought. The court overlooked the whole town and the place had its pull. He had summoned Melinia to the court earlier. She entered with her hair braided and tied in a knot. She looked fierce as a phoenix. Truly the woman was okay in his bed but he preferred them to be screaming and scratching. She glared at him with her small eyes. "Yes?” "I had word that your husband destroyed my setup. "At the way her eyes lit up, he knew he could just lie. "But after the battle I'm unsure of who had survived." She looked away." Want to meet my pet?" He asked grinning with the most evil of smiles.
