Louisa stared at her screen. That string of numbers was still sitting right at the top of her call log, and her palms were completely drenched in sweat. Another coworker poked their head in from outside. "Hey, Louisa, a patient's family member wants to say thanks. She said you did an awesome job patching up her husband's wound on the spot the other day." Louisa wanted to pass. "Oh, it's fine, really. I just did what anyone would do."
