The security door clicked open, and Dominic walked in. He was holding a plastic bag from the grocery store. He switched into his slippers and tossed the bag onto the coffee table, making two cartons of yogurt roll out. He glanced at the pitch-black TV screen, then looked over at her just sitting there like a statue. "Why are you sitting in the dark?" he asked, flicking on the wall switch. The bright overhead light was totally blinding. Louisa blinked her eyes shut as a reflex. "Hey, Dominic, let me ask you something."
