Iris silently repeated the name as she walked into the meeting room. She didn't have any classes today, but she had a group project meeting with her team.
As soon as Naomi saw her enter, she waved happily, gesturing for her to sit next to her.
Iris—the straight-A student who usually didn't pay much attention to anyone—actually smiled and nodded before sitting beside Naomi!
The other two group members exchanged bewildered looks.
