Farewell Pary

LUNA

I opened the door and lastly Alice was here too. We walked in near Bran, Mel and Randy.

“oh come on Alice! Do you have to be the last one to arrive all the time?”

Randy said and opened a place for Alice on the couch. For the last time we were going to party at my home before we go. My family was in a different occasion tonight and my brother lives alone with his girlfriend. So the house was only me and my friends tonight. We all took our drinks and started to talk and laugh.

“Randy! Come and dance with me.”

I said and pulled him up. He laughed and we started dancing our friends joined us. Alice was dancing on the table with her cigarette between her fingers. I twirled around and laugh dancing with my friends. I noticed that Brandon was sitting aside and drinking only with a thoughtful face. I sit beside him.

“what’s up Bran?”

he shook his head and drink up his beer.

“nothing important.”

“come on i know you. Something is troubling you.”

He looked at me.

“is that okay if I say goodbye and go. I think I’m being ill. I don’t feel fine.”

I put my hand on his forehead to check his fever. It was normal.

“okay... whatever you want.”

He said goodbye to everyone and left. I saw him off. I was walking back to the party and noticed that another amount of money has been sent to my account with a new prescription. I smiled and walked back to the party happily.

BRANDON

I started running towards Sam’s house. At the same time I was calling him but he didn’t respond.

“how could I?!”

I ran as fast as I can. I arrived his yard and go in immediately. I faced with Grace as soon as I turn the corner. She looked furious. I was panting i stopped right in front of her.

“Grace...”

she came closer looked at me and slapped me in the face and walked away. I turned back and watch her leave. I was thinking that I deserve much worse. I pound on the door angrily. Sam opened the door.

“did you change your mind hottie?”

I grab his collar and shut the door behind me. I pin him to the wall.

“ What did you do to her?”

“what the hell Bran? Let go of me!”

I let him furiously.

“what’s going on?”

he asked. He walked in the living room and took the cheque from the table.

“our deal remains the same don’t worry.”

I took the cheque and tear it.

“stay away from Grace!”

I get closer to him threateningly.

“do you hear me?”

he stepped back and lift his hands up implying his innocence.

“wow wow wow. Okay. Okay.”

I looked around searching for a clue what happened here.

“she understood that we were gonna be alone all night and I was kind of flirty since the beginning and she just left. I didn’t even touch her. I swear.”

I nod and walk to the door.

“I’m telling you again. Get this kinky thought out of your f*****g mind. Not her... not Grace... okay?”

he laughed at my behavior and looked at me innocently.

“Alright bro... chill...”

I stepped out of his house quickly and started walking quickly. I arrived at Grace’s home and knocked the door. After a few knocks she opened the door.

“what do you want?”

“Grace... forgive me. Please.”

She narrowed her eyes and looked at me. I was sure that she was disgusted.

“I don’t understand... what kind of teenagers you are. This is disgusting. If you need money you work you don’t trick people. Especially your teachers. I swear I’m gonna call your parents now.”

She was shivering with anger. She took her phone from her pocket and started typing numbers. I held her hand and stepped inside. I closed the door. She was shocked. I was as tall as her so it was easy for me to lead her. I grabbed the phone.

“please don’t.”

She frowned angrily.

“Grace you went there with your own will. It’s not something good for your career here.”

She laughed and walked in the living room. She was still shaking with anger. I put her phone on the counter and followed her in the living room.

“now you’re thinking about me?"

she came closer to me and looked at me with furious eyes.

“you’re so stupid! You’re disgusting! And I’ll never ever show any good intention to you.”

I looked down on my shoes. I was really embarrassed for the first time. I just wanted to hug her and make her forgive me. She walked around the coffee table for a while. Then stopped in front of me again.

“why did you come?”

I looked in her beautiful blue eyes. I was feeling a definite pain.

“I couldn’t.... let that happen.”

She laughed sarcastically.

“like something was going to happen.”

She grabbed my chin and lift my head.

“i may be inexperienced at my job because I’m a new teacher but I’m an adult. Playing with me will be paid back so harshly believe me Brandon.”

She pushed me back. I stumbled. She walked to the door and opened it for me to leave.

“f**k off!”

I walked to the door.

“ I apologize and I really wish you forgive me Miss Fanning.”

Then I walked away.

RANDY

I grabbed Alice from her waist and twirl her on the air. We danced until we get tired. Finally we were sitting on the couch laughing and talking while drinking our beers. Luna's mom entered the room. We all looked at her. Luna stood up quickly.

“Jenna! Are you serious? Why are you here? Leave us alone.”

She looked at me at first and then the others and smiled.

“Luna, sweetie. I just want to say goodbye to your besties. Come on.”

She walked in with her tight dress she wore in the morning and her high heels.

“aww Jenna. You look mesmerizing.”

Melanie stood up and hug her. And then Alice kissed her on the cheeks. I stood up. She smiled and approached me.

“Randy...”

I smiled and she hugged me. Then she moved back a little and looked at me. She was expecting me to say something. I looked at my friends nervously and then I looked at her again.

“you look stunning."

She laughed and sit down on the armchair. She crossed her legs.

“ah darling thank you.”

Luna sighed and pulled her from her arm and stood her up.

“ughh... Jenna... goooooo!”

she laughed and walked slowly looking at us.

“okay okay. Bye guys. I’m gonna miss you... Love you!”

she winked and left the room. Everybody settled back. I felt very uncomfortable.

“ahh.. guys. I think I need to leave. I need to sleep.”

I smiled and scratch my hair. I said goodbye to my friends and left for home. I walked slowly. My hands in my pockets.

MELANIE

I sigh and sip my drink. I looked at my friends and smile.

“I will miss you a lot.”

“aww I know... me too"

Luna grabbed my hand tightly and smiled at me. Alice lifted her hand up

“me three.”

We laughed and hug each other. After a while I left too. I drive to my house. But a car stopped right in front of me and I stopped. I narrowed my eyes and looked at it. And yeah... it was Jeremy. I stepped out of my car and walked to his car. I looked at him from the window.

“Oh my baby girl is here.”

He smiled and touched my cheek.

“hop in baby... Leo will bring your car home."

The tallest of his guardians left his car and walked to my car. I got in his car and drove away. He checked my mini skirt and touched my thigh.

“what is the occasion?”

“farewell party.”

I moved his hand away. He bit his lip and smiled.

“Melanie... we found a body in the river.”

I looked at him in shock.

“oh don’t worry love... I distinguished it for you...”

he smiled and put his hand back on my thigh and move it slowly upper.

“now you owe me once again.”

I looked at his face in sorrow.

ALICE

I walked out of Luna's house and light a cigarette. I walked slowly in the street. There was someone familiar sitting on the bank. I walked closer to see him. He was Randy. I sat beside him.

“what’s up boy?”

he smiled.

“I’m breathing in the town a little bit more.”

I nod and take a breath from my cigarette while looking at the sky. He looked at me for a while.

“How are you feeling about all of these?”

I looked at him. He shrugged and looked away.

“I was doing just fine here. I don’t know what is waiting for me in there. Getting out of my comfort zone is difficult for me.”

He laughed and looked at me. I also laughed.

“what about you?”

he asked.

“I don’t know... I have things to do here. And I’m gonna miss you a lot.”

I fistbump to his shoulder and smiled. I threw my cigarette and step on it. He watched me for a while.

“Alice...”

I looked at him.

“I’m gonna miss especially you.”

I stunned. He touched my hair and put it behind my ear gently. He got closer and kissed my lips. I was in shock. I didn’t answer his kiss. He moved away slowly.

“I’m sorry...”

He said.

“no..no Randy. I’m just shocked forgive me.”

He stood up and fix his jacket.

“good night Alice. Goodbye.”

I stood up and grabbed his arm.

“wait Randy...”

he turned back and i kissed him suddenly. He kissed me back and held me close. After a while i pulled back to breathe and I hugged him. I was thinking how unexcited I was about this unexpected situation.
