Gale spent some time with her father while Broin was away. The work he put in with the villagers was enough to keep him busy, and Gale was left to do her chores. However, with her father around, Gale's chores weren't as plentiful. Harland had taken to helping Gale get them done a little quicker. On the grassy hill, she and her father relaxed.
