the visiting Alpha

the next morning, I wake 5am I head down to start breakfast, Marie and Anna where in the kitchen aswell today, we got work with waffles bacon and eggs, once breakfast was served we were summond back to the table where we saw Alpha Michael, Luna Amelie and Beta James.

"we have guests arriving this afternoon, Alpha Lucas and His Beta Mitch are arriving from midnight eclipse, he turned 17 last year and has spent the last 9 months travelling each pack looking for his mate" he informs us rolling his eyes. "make sure that on top of your regular chores you ready 2 of the guest rooms, they will be here by 4pm, make sure you are in uniform and on the steps waiting" he tells us, "dont be late" snears Luna Amelie.

we head upstairs to straighten up and get the rooms ready for our guests, "what's up Anya?" a quite voice asks me, " I was hoping to have tomorrow off or light duties, it's my 17th birthday tomorrow" i reply , the day I would meet my wolf and hopefully my mate too.

glancing at the clock we see it's 330 our guests will be here soon hurrying to our rooms we put on our uniforms hearing the unmated girls squealing we hurry out front just as a royal blue Mercedes pulls up. heading towards the car I approach a tall man with jet black hair and green eyes "welcome to sapphire falls, my name is Anya, this is Anna and Marie" who instantly step forward and reach for the luggage.

Beta Mitch he says introducing himself "why are you coming to carry our bags?, "we've been instructed too I inform him, please let us continue" he must of seen the fear on my face as we worry about the repercussions. "what's all the chit chat?" Alpha Lucas asks emerging from the car. I bow and apologise, "please let me show you to your rooms along the way I can show you where the luncheon will be held, upon arriving at their assigned rooms I tell them "breakfast is 7am sharp, if I can be of any assistance you both have call buttons which are linked to my room.

Alpha Lucas pov

"well that was a different entrance, don't ya think mitch?" "definitely odd, and why wasn't Alpha Michael here to greet us?" enquired mitch.

the next day I wake to the most amazing smell of cinnamon and vanilla, I open the door and meet up with mitch before heading down, "you smell that mitch must be waffles for breakfast", "er all I smell is bacon and eggs lu" he replies, phoenix my wold starts running circles in my head, "mitch u know what this means right?, she's here" I run to the hall where breakfast is held not a waffle in site, suddenly phoenix goes crazy "MATE" he shouts over and over.

'CRASH' I turn and find the young omega from yesterday staring at me with an empty tray in her hand and pitchers of juice smashed over the floor.

"YOU CLUMSY OAF" Alpha Michael Yells at the poor girl kicking her in the ribs several times before I roar "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOURE PLAYING AT, HOW DARE YOU ABUSE MY MATE!!!!!!!", m m m m m mate, stammers Luna Amelie, "how can this runt be your mate im sure you must be mistaken" she stumbles over her words as she cowers behind her mate.

ANYA pov

I wake up to a happy little voice in my head, "Anya Anya can you hear me?" she yaps, I can hear you, you must be my wolf, "yep, my names red" the 5am alarm sounds and I head down to breakfast and as soon as I enter the kitchen I hear "happy birthday miss Anya" whispered to me and I cant help but grin, today's gonna be a good day I just know it!

"Anya you Need to rest so I can heal you properly otherwise we won't be able to shift tonight" my wolf moans at me, "i have to keep going so we don't get another beating I'd rather avoid it today" I tell her, with my ribs still healing from the beating I got 2 days ago it wouldn't be ideal, "oh you won't need to worry much longer as soon as the moon is up and we can shift" your being very cryptic red" I tell her, she laughs and disappears so I can get on with breakfast.

the table was set with 5 minutes to spare, i finish up with a tray containing pitchers of fresh juice being careful not to spill anything I exit the kitchen and thats when I inhale the most intoxicating scent of freshly cut grass and pine trees, my wolf screaming in my head "MATE, MATE THE ALPHA LUCAS IS OUR MATE" our eyes meet my heart racing in brought back to reality by an almighty crash I had dropped the tray carrying the pitchers. we hear Alpha Michael yell at us " YOU CLUMSY OAF!!" the next thing we feel is his boots coming to contact with my ribs and fists to my face I whimper in pain as I try and clear the glass up, the biggest roar ive ever hear erupts shaking the whole pack house "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOURE PLAYING AT!!, HOW DARE YOU ABUSE MY MATE!!,"

i cower in a ball shaking when im suddenly engolfed in the scent of freshly cut grass and pine, I instantly relax as im swept upstairs with Beta Mitch hot on our heels Alpha Lucas places me gently on the bed, I instantly curl into a ball "I'm sorry for dropping the pitchers, it was an accident please dont hit me again" I whimper, the room fills with the sound of angry growls making me curl up even smaller.

"sweetheart, we're not going to hurt you, no one is going to hurt you again, your safe" he whispers to me. I feel the bed dip as he holds my hand and strokes my head, I feel a comforting hand placed upon my ankle I wince at the sudden pain and he removes his hand realising its broken, the both let out a low growl. "pack the bags mitch were leaving.......now" lucas informs his Beta,

"please, please don't leave me here" I whimper,

lucas pov

"dont worry angel, your coming with us" replies lucas, i scoop her in my arms and pull her close to my chest burying my face in her neck and inhaling her scent is the only thing keeping me from wolfing out and tearing the pack house apart. "ready when you are Alpha" a quiet voice whispers behind me. glancing up I see mitch, stood by the door, bags in hand opening the door we are greeted with a furious Alpha Michael, his Luna stood behind him quivering. " I won't let you take her, she belongs to me" he shouts, " just try and stop me, I dare you" I exclaim as we walk past, I turn back to look for my Beta and find him talking in hushed tones " you'll be hearing from the lycan king!"

carefully climbing into the back seat I lay my mate down on the seat with her head on my lap. she looks up at me " what will happen to me now Alpha?" she questions clearly nervous. replying " for starters call me Lucas, your my mate,my equal,my Luna, so you don't call me Alpha, secondly your coming home with us to midnight eclipse" I tell her stroking her head reassuringly.

placing a hand on her side to comfort her as she weeps, I mindlink mitch "all I can feel is her ribs" she lifts her head and looks me in the eye and says the words I hoped never to hear, "when will you be rejecting me?, we're far away from sapphire falls here so I will be ok" as she sits up I reach over and pick her up so she is straddling my legs, I cup her face with my hands and whisper "I've waited along time for you my angel, your not going anyware If I can help it" I can't help but glance at her lips then back to her eyes and gently kiss her, sparks erupting over our bodies as the mate bond begins to get stronger, I gently guide my tongue over her lips and she follows my queue opening her mouth I deepen the kiss.

Anya pov

sitting in Alpha Lucas car I finally feel safe, stroking my hair is one of the comforting things mum did before she and dad were forced to leave, with alphas hand on my ribs I feel his anger radiating threw our bond. about 2 hours into our 10 hour car journey I sit up and glance out the window, I see were far away from sapphire falls now so I take a deep breath and look him in the eye and ask him the question no mate ever wants to hear"when will you be rejecting me? were far enough from sapphire falls now I'll be safe". he picks me up and sits me on his lap straddling his legs, he tells me the words I longed to hear " I've waited a long time for you my angel, your not going anyware If I can help it" he breaks our eye contact glancing at my lips he gently kisses me one

hand sliding around my neck pulling me closer to him one hand moving to my hip he gently slides his tongue over my lips encouraging me to open my mouth and our kiss deepens.

a voice from the drivers seat brings us back to the present "sir we've arrived at the hotel for the night, we're approximately 5hours away from midnight eclipse we should arrive there tomorrow afternoon" we head up to our rooms Beta Mitch heads in to his room and myself and Lucas head into the adjoining room.

I head in to have the first shower I squeal as the freezing water hits my skin, you'd thunk after several years of ice cold showers you'd thunk my body would be used to it by now.

"are you okay" I hear the concern in his voice but im frozen unable to let him know im alright, "Anya please open the door" I'm still stood there in the corner shaking, at this point I'm unsure if I'm shaking threw fear or because of the freezing water. suddenly bang and lucas appears in the door way.
