Kate applied in many companies but couldn't get a job considering she doesn't have a degree.

At last, she gave up. Returning from the last company she looked for a job in, she was tired and hungry. Devastated she sat on a bench near a park. She was silent but tears were flowing from her eyes. Her gaze was fixed faraway. She was not aware of her surroundings.

She felt a hand on her shoulder she flinched, coming back to her senses, turned her head to see a very elegant old woman looking at her with concern in her eyes. She sure was from some rich family, her clothes told so.

Kate wiped her tears quickly and stood up giving a small smile to the lady.

"Yes Mam, how can I help you?"

She asked politely.

"Child, I was passing from here and saw you. You were sitting and crying here. You looked devasted like your life has ended. Is there any way I can help you? "

Kate gave the kind lady nervous smile

"Thank you mam for your concern but I don't think you can help me. I need a job. No company is ready to hire me. I don't have a degree so...." Kate trailed off

"Oh...., But I can help you. My grandson owns a company in this town. Have you heard about Dominic empire? "

Kate's eyes widened. Who doesn't know Dominic empire. But it's very unlikely she would even get to set a foot in there.

"But" Kate started but was cutoff by the lady.

"I will help you get a job there. Don't worry. My grandson can't deny my demands."

Lady beamed with pride.

Kate was in dilemma. She didn't want to embarrass herself going there. It was nearly impossible that she would get a job in such a big company. Even this lady helps her, she would be kicked out the moment her grandson would see her qualifications.

"Mam I don't have a deg"

She again tried to convince her. But lady cu her off.

"I know. That's why I can help you, else why would you need me. Now, let's go."

Lady took her hand and directed her towards a luxurious car.
