“Will you stop!” Madas snapped. L’eon snickered again. He had been laughing off and on for the past hour, and by this point, she was gritting her teeth. She suddenly stopped and with a muttered grumble, she sat down on a log, resting her elbows on her knees. L’eon climbed up beside her and sat down. She moodily stared back the way they had come.
