Ellie stood there the power inside her manifesting in her hands. She rolled her hands around, the red orb mimicking her movements. She turned and looked at a small tree, she took a deep breath her eyes closed. She opened and focused, she lunged her hands forwards towards the tree. The red orb left her hands straight to the tree colliding with it. The tree was engulfed in a red flame, as the leaves started to wilt and the bark started to dry. She stood up and smiled, she had done it. Finally after two weeks of working on channeling her powers she was finally successful. She spun around as she heard clapping.
"I told you. you could do it!" Eric smiled as he ran up picking her up and spinning her around.
