Felix, They’re my Mates!

Eva’s POV:

⁃ pheewww - 

I let out a long breath, I had just left Nixie’s room, I’m not sure how long we’d laid there after, but I’d had to pull myself away. I’d showered, and now I had to go talk to Felix. I had meant to talk to him before things went any further with Thom and Nixie, but it had been impossible to think of anything but them. 

‘You know Skye I think I finally truly understand, how he treated me that way when he met Margot. I finally forgive him, but.... I wonder if he’ll forgive me. After all I definitely know better.’

‘I can’t say, it’s really different for us wolves, Fenrir and I were never mates, we just each wanted our humans to be happy.’ Replied Skye. ‘But, he will get over it quicker because he already has Margot. Once this fake bond is cut you can both stop hurting each other.’

‘Right. Simple.’ I said, and headed down towards the guest room he was in.

Thom’s POV:

“Can I mark you Nixie?” I rolled over and asked, “will you be mine?”

“Of course, I’m already yours.” Replied Nixie. 

My heart swelled, and I lent down to soft neck, I looked at Eva’s mark on her and wondered how it compared to mine. Each mark was a unique impression that meant something special to the mated pair. As we were each mates with each other, I didn’t know if my mark on Nix would be the same or different to my mark on Eva. I guess time will tell. 

I extended my canines and grazed her snowy flesh, before I could bite down she suddenly shot up. 

“What’s wrong?” I asked.

“Do you think it’s okay?”

“Do I think what’s okay?” I asked her frowning. 

“To do anything without Eva? Won’t she be hurt?” Nixie whispered. 

I thought for a moment, the I heard Raoul. 

‘Normally yes,’ he said, ‘but Skye thinks it will be okay, and she’ll let us know if it’s not. There’s not really a formula for this.’ 

‘Okay make sure you let us know though’ I said. 

I looked back at Nix she had a knowing look on his face. “Raoul?” She asked. 

“Yeah,” I grinned at her, “ Eva’s wolf thinks it will be okay.” 

Nixie nodded, “Lowe told me the same.” She leaned in and kissed me, and my world smelt of strawberries.

I brushed her auburn curls away from the other side of her neck, and without any further delay I bit down, spilling my venom into her blood stream and marking her forever as mine. 

To my surprise she bit down on me too, just above Eva’s mark. The waves of utter ecstasy rolled through me as our souls became one. She came on my leg and I on her belly, and neither of us cared. 

Inside my head Raoul was ecstatic, they were both ours! 

As we released each other, I kissed her again, then lifted her up of the bed and carried her bridal style to the shower. 

⁃ time to get cleaned up - I thought.

Eva’s POV:

I knocked on the door to their room, and Margot opened it. She glared at me with such hatred, my stomach knotted. 

“Hey Margot, can I come in? “ I asked nervously. 

She stood aside, and once I was through she slammed it closed and went to sit next to Felix. His face was stained with tears, I knew those tears, they’d been mine for so long. 

“I’m sorry, Fe, I never wanted you to feel like this, I really didn’t, are you okay?” I asked. 

“Is this some sort of pay back?” He spat at me. 

“What?” I asked, “of course not, Fe, I....”

He cut me off. “Your such a slut, are you just going to give it away to anyone now? Just sleep around and mark yourself a whole harem?” 

There was such venom in his tone but his words were not lost on me.

‘Who the hell does he think he’s talking too!’ Demanded Skye.

‘I don’t know,  it I sure as hell am going to remind him.’ I stated.

“ Felix!” I shouted, “They’re my mates! I apologise that you’re hurting but honestly we should have ended this the second you found Margot. Now I finally understand how you were able to forget me like that. BUT YOU WILL AKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM TALKING TO YOU RATHER THAN JUST TURNING UP WITH THEM WEEKS AFTER! AND YOU WILL SHOW RESPECT WHEN YOU SPEAK TO ME!” I finished in my Luna voice.

He glared at me, “So what?” He asked, “now our pack has three Luna’s and two Alpha’s! Don’t you think that’s too much?”

“Of course it is.” I said shaking my head at him.

“See?” Pipped up Margot, “I told you she wants us gone, she’ll banish us and take credit for everything we’ve done fore the pack!”

- Was she for real? -

“What are you talking about?” I was loosing patience fast. “I’m not going to banish you.” 

He looked relieved.

“But, we are getting a divorce, you will both step done as ranked members of the pack, and you will move out of my house.”

Neither of them said anything, as I turned and left the room. Outside the door I took a deep breath and shook out my entire body.
