We went back to eating and Antonio came back after some minutes and then sat down in his chair.
“What did I miss?” He breathed.
“Nothing much,” Antonia responded. “I was just asking my mom what language you spoke earlier. I’m pretty sure it’s not Spanish I took Spanish classes last semester, and I’m sure it isn’t because it doesn’t sound like it. Those are the only two languages I can think of.
