Cliff Jumping

"I haven't done this is a hot minute i'm excited" I smiled

"I still can't believe you've been cliff jumping" Connor said

"I did a lot of s**t in New York. Mostly cause people thought I wouldn't, but I like the thrill" I smiled "Didn't do it in a bathing suit most times though, mostly wore shorts and a tee"

"What about this time?" Braxton asked

"Bikini" Marie laughed

"So are are shush" I laughed

Pulling up to the trail head, we parked the truck and started walking.

"How far is the walk?" Braxton asked

"Half a mile" Marie said

"So when someone gets hurt we get to carry them back half a mile" Connor said

"Yup" I smiled

After walking for 20 minutes we came to an opening and I looked at the creek. It's calm, nice. We all checked out the different heights and looked around before standing a few feet away and looked at each other.

"So, who's going first?" Connor asked

No takers. How much you wanna bet that water freezing, it's pretty hot today too.

"f**k it, I will. Going off the lowest one though" I laughed

"Well strip girl" Marie said

Looking at my friend I shrugged and pulled my shirt off. We put our bathing suits on underneath our clothes. I had to go out and buy one because I couldn't find any. Throwing my shirt at Marie, I slipped off my shoes and took my shorts off as well. Then I walked over to the cliff and looked down. It's not that high and it looked like there were no rocks down there. Whelp guess we'll find out. Taking a couple steps back, I ran and jumped out off the rock. Hitting the water, it's decently warm and there were no rocks around. Coming up, I swam around and they all walked to the edge.

"How is it?" Connor yelled

"Pretty good" I yelled back

"My turn!" Marie yelled

She went next off the rock then Connor went. He does look pretty nice shirt less. There's a little beach bank thing on the other side that's pretty shallow so we're all just sitting over there.

"Okay Braxton you're up" I said

"Is it far?" He asked

"No" Marie yelled

"C'mon bro!" Connor yelled

He just stood there and looked at us.

"Hold on" I said

I swam back over to the rocks and climbed out. There a pefectly placed path to get out. Walking over to Braxton he looked terrified.

"You good?" I asked

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be" He said

"Well you still have your shirt and shoes on and you haven't jumped" I said

"Oh" he said

"It's not that bad I promise" I said

"Will you jump with me?" He asked

I looked over at the rock then looked at him.

"Yeah, I'll even hold your hand as long as you don't chicken out" I said "Do you want a wet hug?"

"But then i'll get my clothes wet" He said

"Well strip boy c'mon" I laughed

He nodded and took his shoes and shirt off.

"C'mon sexy" I said and winked

He laughed and gave me a hug before we walked over to the rock.

"There he is!" Marie yelled

"We'll start here then run and jump out okay?" I said

"Okay. Okay" He said

I held my hand out and Braxton immediately had a death grip.

"Ready, set, go" I said and we ran off the rock and jumped

Hitting the water, Braxton let go and we both came to the top of the water.

"How was it?" I asked

"Not bad" he said

We swam over to the siblings and I leaned back on my elbows.

"I'm going to jump again" Marie smiled

I watched as my friend swam across the river then I looked over at Braxton.

"You good?" I asked

"So, do I have to go off the higher ones?" He asked

"No. You can jump off the low one the whole time. We won't make fun of you" I said

"I might" Connor said

"I'll beat him up for you" I laughed

"You think you can beat me up?" Connor laughed

"Yes" I said

"Then try" He smirked

"No" I said

"Scared" He replied

"No. I just don't want your day ruined when you get beat up by a girl" I smiled

He shook his head and Marie jumped off the rock. She swam over to us and the two boys went in.

"Oh, have you met the owners nephew?" Marie asked

"Tyler?" I said

"I think that's what she said the name was. He's going to start doing the books" Marie smiled

"Yeah. He came in.. I think Tuesday when I was there" I replied

"Yeah cause he left when I came in" Marie said

"Why you eyeing him up?" I laughed

"No, but I think he's your age? Or around your age" She said

"I never asked. All's I know is he's from Oklahoma" I chuckled

"Well, if he's working day shift maybe you two will hit it off" She replied

"Maybe. I mean he's kinda cute" I nodded

"Oooh, Becca's going to get her self a man" Marie said pushing my shoulder

"Can I with those those two idiots around?" I asked

"Braxton should be fine. You guys get along like you're best friends" Marie smiled

"Yeah. I love that kid" I smiled back

"My brother.. I mean he's fine when I brought guys around I don't see why you would be any different" She said

"Hmm, I get a man then no more lunch dates with you brother" I laughed

"When did you two go on a lunch date?" Marie asked

"The same day we went out for Ice Cream" I nodded

"When?!" Marie laughed

"One of the Wednesdays I had off. I was bored so I was walking around town and walked into your brothers store around his lunch time I guess" I said

"Aww. I mean I technically gave you two a blessing the one night. Hmm" Marie said looking at me

"What. Are you thinking about me dating your brother?" I asked

"Yeah" She laughed

"No" I chuckled

"Why not" She replied

"He's your brother" I said

"Go!" We heard

Looking over we saw Braxton run and jump off by himself

"So. I don't mind, at least if either one of you screw each other over I know where you both live. Plus i'm already going to be your childs honorary aunt. This way i'll actually be their aunt" She said

"Good lord" I laughed shaking my head "I will admit, Connor is good looking. But no"

Braxton came and sat next to us and Connor went and jumped off the next highest level. He swam over over and spent the next couple hours jumping off the cliffs. Marie, Connor and I made it to the top one while Braxton was still only jumping off the lowest level. He's having fun though, so If Connor makes fun of him, well. We will have an open seat on the way home.

"Well, is it time to head home?" Marie asked

"I think so, we should get home in time for dinner" I replied

"Uhm.. I kinda want to try the next higher one.." Braxton said looking at us

"I'll go with you" Marie smiled

The two of them got up and swam back to the rock while Connor and I just sat there.

"Hey Becca, uh. You got a spider crawling up you" He said

"Where?" I asked

"Stomach" He replied

Looking down there was in fact a decent sized spider making it's way up my stomach. Huh, I went to flick it off me and it jumped to my chest. I jumped as well and soon there was a hand smacking my left boob, that hurt.

"Ow" I groaned

"I'm sorry" Connor laughed

"Now I have a dead spider on my boob" I pouted

"Do you want me to get it" He asked

"No" I sighed

I picked the spider off then went deeper into the water and got the dead spider's guts off. Stretching, I looked at Connor and just narrowed my eyes at him.

"What?" He laughed

"That hurt" I said

"Well, it was either that or let it jump at your face" He replied

Shaking my head, I watched Braxton and Marie jump off the middle cliff then we all swam in together.

Drying off with the towels we brought, we put our clothes back on and headed back to the truck. Another 20 minute trek later and I'm sitting in the back because i'm exhausted.

"So who's taking your seat?" Braxton laughed

"All yours buddy" I chuckled

He smiled and we all got in the truck. If anyone is wondering, my pinky is healed, it was broken from smacking it on the tv stand thing in that hotel. We took an x ray in the vet clinic. I've gone to that Barrel practice thing one other time, but with their dad since Connor was busy and didn't know I was going. It was fun, his dad was impressed and is great at motivation. He also didn't leave me for his friends or make it super awkward.

"You sleeping back there Becca?" I heard

"Mhmm" I mumbled with my head on the window

"Oh it looks like we left just in time. I though it was suppose to start raining tomorrow" Marie said

I opened my eyes for a quick second to see little rain droplets on the windshield and dark skies in the direction we were heading. I think this is suppose to be a bad storm too.

"Have you looked over her winter clothes?" I heard Connor say

"Who are you talking to" Marie replied

"You. Your friend moved here" Connor laughed

"I mean, she's from New York, they get snow" My friend laughed

"Do they get snow like us though" Braxton asked

"I don't think their's is as bad but i'm pretty sure she's prepared." Marie laughed

"Well when she comes around stealing jackets i'm not sharing" Connor said

"Are you really going to fight her for a jacket?" Marie said

"Yup. I didn't see a heavy jacket when we packed up that room. So no i'm not sharing" Connor said

So I kicked him, I think in the leg, I don't know i'm on an angle.

"Hey" He laughed

"All my jackets were in Colorado cause it snowed there too bozo" I muttered

"Oh" He replied

The other two laughed and I huffed a laughed. After a little bit, I sat up and it was pouring. I kinda knew that since I could hear it and they were all talking but it's very dark outside. I guess we did leave at a good time.

"Did you have a good nap?" Braxton asked looking back

"I didn't nap. I just kept my eyes shut and listened to everything" I laughed

"I mean you did kick me so" Connor said

"Well, i'm not going to be robbing coats because I have a bunch. And I have bibs, and boots and hats and gators so meh" I said and stuck my tongue out at him

He just glared at me with a smile. Soon we pulled up to the main house and we all booked it inside with our already semi wet clothes. Going into the kitchen, their parents were sitting at the table.

"How was your trip?" Their mom asked

"Fun" Marie and I said

"Not bad" Connor said

"Little scary but not bad" Braxton smiled

"The biggest guy here. And he was scared" Marie said

"Hey i'm scary" Connor said

"No you're not" Marie and I said at the same time, then laughed

"I mean hey, if you've never gone cliff jumping it's scary. He did good though" I smiled

"Well, dinner is almost ready if someone would like to set the table." Braxton offered and Connor went and took care of the animals. Marie and I just sat down.

Once Connor came back in the oven beeped and their mom took out the roast that was in there. Lining up, we got our food and all sat down to eat. We told their parents about cliff jumping and how we left at the perfect time. I think Braxtons truck is back at our house so we can just leave Connor here.

"Braxton are you coming back with us to get your truck?" Marie asked

"Yeah. Then I can drive home in this storm" He laughed

Once we finished dinner, we all helped clean up and said bye to their parents. Connor followed us onto the front porch and we all stood there.

"Whelp, ready?" Marie said

"I'm ready for bed" I laughed

"Same" Braxton laughed

Running into the rain, Connor went inside and the rest of us hopped into the truck. Marie drove us back to our house and we left Braxton to drive himself home. Once Marie and I got inside we both went to our rooms. I need a shower, but I think she's getting one. I guess i'll wait. So I sat on the ottoman from my old room, we put it at the end of my bed, that's where it was back in New York. It even matches the room really well, I'm impressed. Scrolling through my phone, I stripped out of my clothes and just sat in my bathing suite. They were dampish and just felt weird. Also feeling myself right now, I look good in this bikini. Standing up, I walked into my walk in closet that has a full size mirror and went on snapchat. Then I sent Marie pictures cause why not, she's right across the hall. I sent one to my cousin in Kansas and laughed at my caption.

Adding a laughing emoji at the end I shook my head and actually thought about it. We did take some pictures at the cliff before we all left, maybe i'll post one of those. I know my family would have some type of comment. I got a snapchat from Connor during this and decided to open it. It was him in the bathroom in a towel. So I continued on my mirror selfie streak and sent him one too. Braxton sent an 'I'm home' text and I smiled. I love when people remember to let you know they're home. Granted I always forget to do that until 20 minutes after I got home. I sent him one as well so if Connor brings it up he won't feel left out. Hey this kid sends me shirtless pics on the daily. And he already saw me wearing this it's fine. I'm not a flirt. I don't think at least, i'm terrible with guys. I got another snapchat from Connor and it was him in his room still in a towel.

What are you up to?

I sent another selfie and just said waiting for your sister to get out of the shower so I can take one. I guess I can get everything set up. Putting my phone on my bed, I grabbed a towel and put that on the towel rack. Then I went and grabbed underwear and pajamas from the dresser and put that on the closed toilet seat. Grabbing my phone back off my bed, I went into the bathroom and opened Connor's snapchat. He's in shorts now, still getting that shirtless view though. And now that Marie is out of the shower it is my turn. Hmm, do I send the flirty snapchat that's running through my head? I got one from Braxton and opened that too. He was in his bathroom in his bathing suit. He just said nice view. I put my elbows on the counter and took a picture having my phone infront of my boobs and sent back a laughing emoji.

"Well, I have nothing to lose at this point so we're gonna send the risky snap" I laughed to myself.

Taking off the bathing suit top, I folding it in half and held it out so it covered my boobs. Making sure nothing was shown, I saved the picture because, well I want to look at it later cause I like it. Then I just put 'my turn' and sent the picture to Connor.

"Whelp" I said looking in the mirror

Putting my phone down, I finished stripping and hung my bathing suit on the towel rack. Glancing at my phone real fast, I shook my head and hopped in the shower. Now I just want to know his response. I also don't. My heart is currently racing a mile a minute. Woohoo for dumb things. Anyway. Getting washed, I stood there for a second and looked over at my phone on the counter. Oh I kinda regret sending that. Taking the picture, no. Cause it was a sexy picture and i'm proud that I pulled that off. Sending it to Connor, kinda regret that until further notice. Getting out, I wrapped the towel around me and walked over to my phone. I had a snapchat from everybody and I answered Maries first. She just said damn sexy, and it was her in her towel. So I sent one back of me in my towel. Next was my cousin. She smiled and said do it. Then we have Braxton. He was in a towel at this point and just sent a pouting face. So he got a towel picture in return. And now there's Connor. I took a deep breath and opened it.

Uhm, I think there's something in the way

He had a laughing emoji at the end. Okay, not a bad response. I took a picture in my towel and said no there wasn't, and got dressed. Finishing up in the bathroom, I quickly braided my hair and met Marie out in the living room. Sitting down, I looked at her and she laughed.

"What?" I asked

"We're you having fun while waiting for me to finished my shower?" She asked

"Maybe" I laughed

"That bikini is cute on you. I'm pretty sure they were both staring at your ass today too" Marie said

"Braxton was looking at your ass" I replied

"I have a nice ass so i'm not surpised" My friend laughed

"Well I don't so" I replied

"Bullshit. And you have nice boobs. I don't have s**t" She said

"You know. When you and Braxton went up to jump off the middle one. I had a spider on me right" I said

"Yeah?" Marie said with a chuckle at the end

"Well it was on my stomach and your brother pointed it out. Then it jumped on my chest and this boy smacked my boob. It hurt" I pouted

"He what" Marie laughed

"Then he asked if I wanted him to get it off" I laughed

"That's hilarious" She said still laughed

"I don't even have that nice of boobs God damn" I said

"Yes you do shut up. Your ex was staring at them at that wedding. And i'm pretty sure my brother was at graduation" Marie said

"I.. what" I cried

"Thick mama" Marie said

"Okay, I think i'm done for the night" I said

"No I want to watch a movie" Marie pouted

"Then put one on" I said

Marie started scrolling and eventually picked one called 'Moneyball'. I've seen part of this movie. I continued to chat with the two boys and they both said aw to me having clothes on. Males. I mean, I'm still getting shirtless pics and i'm content with that.

"Oh, you wanna see frisky picture I took" I smiled

"Absolutely" Marie laughed

Pulling up my snapchat memories I tapped on the picture and showed her. To which she took my phone and smiled.

"Ohh girl. What gave you this idea" She smirked

"I don't know" I laughed

"Did you send it to anyone?" She asked

"No" I said

"Okay" She said nodding

Oh she does not believe me. Getting my phone back, I put it on the coffee table and continued to watch the movie. This is a really good movie.

"Is that an actual baseball team?" Marie asked

"You know what. I have no idea. I want to say no" I said

"I hope you know there's like no sports here" She laughed

"I realized that" I pouted

"I forget. What sports did you say you played?" She asked

"When I was younger I played soccer and basketball. And I played softball until I left for Colorado. That's why my knees are s**t" I said

"You played until you went- oh yeah you went to community college I forgot" Marie laughed

"Yup. Literally just because I had a scholarship for softball and I took all my pre reqs that gave me just enough credits to play. With a few extra classes here an there for things I was interested in." I laughed

"I kinda wish I did that, but I didn't play sports." Marie said

"Between softball, school, work, and the barn stuff I did. I was never home and got out of so many family functions. I was content" I smiled

"Was your family happy you did so much?" She asked

"No they said they wanted me to stop so I could come to everything. That I didn't need to play softball or go to school. And that the barn was dumb. Also that I need a new truck. So rude" I laughed

"You love your truck" Marie laughed

"My truck is my child. Until I get like a pet or something" I said

"Pet.. Not an actual human child, but a pet" My friend said laughing

"I don't like children so yes" I said

"I feel you on that one" Marie nodded "Granted my one friend is pregnant but you know"

"Wait, who?" I asked

"Taylor" She said

"Aw. Is she still engaged or did they get married?" I asked

"They got married when you were in Kansas" Marie said

I nodded and we finished our movie. Now it's time for bed even though it is torrential down pouring outside along side thunder and lightning. Turning off the tv, we made sure the rest of the lights were shut off and headed to our rooms. This house is so dark at night, mostly because we don't turn on the outside lights, there's no reason too, who's coming over at night un-annouced. Unless it's a robber. Then they'll get shot.
