Aurora asked as she ran towards Leila, nearly knocking her down.
Hearing the question, both Elana and Marcus were brought back to reality and remembered why they were outside late at night in the first place.
Leila looked at Aurora in confusion since she couldn't understand why the girl was asking her that.
Seeing her puzzled look, Aurora bit her lips before saying, "Well, I hope that there wasn't any misunderstanding between you and my brother because of the witch."
Leila lowered her head in shame because she knew that she had clearly misunderstood and nearly rejected her mate because of that. She was afraid that they might all be disappointed in her and thus didn't dare saying anything and hoped that Aiden would snitch on her.
