The ride back to the Academy was quiet. Even though we added a few to our travel crew on the return trip no one could seem to being themselves to talk about anything. Not even to prepare Tristian for what he was going to face at the Academy once he got there. I called and told my uncle everything and he already has a text ready for Tristian when he gets there to see what all he’s learned so he’ll know what classes to put him in.
