first draft of my writing
Sitting on the same table in the break room, I copy the first lines of my writing. After having passed through Dame Louise and Dame Hélène, for the correction and the layout. I am proud to finally be able to use my typewriter for the first time.
Of course, I had to learn how to use it first. I had to fill it with ink, calibrate it. Then I had to know how to place the sheets, and everything else. I did some tests to see how the letters looked, on several lines, and to get to know the keyboard.
Then later, I got down to work in earnest, and started to write my own, clean, corrected paper. All by myself, with no one around to bother me. Since that morning, I was all alone. After an eventful night, I wanted to stay in my corner.
