The rest of the evening was a blur. With the service over and the pyres were just embers, I was ready to go upstairs and disappear from the world for the rest of the night. I remember the Alphas from our allies came up to me and talked, wanting to set up meetings about the treaties they had with the pack. I told them I would get back with them in a few days and set up the times.
