I managed to convince Jada that I’ll take her to the event. I won’t get in so I didn’t bother changing clothes.
I decided not to drink yet, too. I want Jada to feel secure since I’m driving. Even back then, she doesn’t want me to drive when I drink, even just a sip.
"Ly are you ok?" Honey asked, worry written on her face.
"Never been better," I answered smiling.
I must admit that I’m still hopeful that Jada and I will reconcile, as boyfriend and girlfriend. But I chose not to push it in the meantime. For now, I just want to enjoy her company.
Of course, I want to get to know Jada 2.0 more. Everything happened so fast but I won’t ask for anything more than what happened today.
