When I woke up, Jada was no longer by my side. I run outside to check if she’s already with our friends, but she’s not there too.
Feeling weak at the thought that she left me, I sat down on my bed, cupping my head with both hands. After a while, I heard a movement inside the bathroom so I went in to look.
There she is, Jada. She’s in the bathtub, head leaning on the edge with her eyes closed. I approached her quietly and kissed her forehead.
She opened her eyes and smiled at me. “Join me,” I creased my forehead at her but she just chuckled at me. “Don’t tell me you’re shy even after what happened last night?”
I took off my clothes and joined in. Squeezing myself behind her, I pulled her closer, making her lean on my chest.
