Elena glanced impassively at Angelina, betraying no emotion.
“Alright,” she said calmly, “but this conversation needs to be private. I can’t disclose anything with reporters present.” She then subtly placed a hand over her stomach.
A surprised reporter exclaimed, “Isn’t she pregnant?!”
Angelina’s heart skipped a beat. She frowned, staring at Elena, unable to accept the possibility. If Elena and Felix only had a marriage, not a child, she could still try to be with Felix. But if they had a child, everything would change. Nothing she did would matter.
