Simon didn't take her words seriously at all. He spoke slowly and calmly. "Amelia, you know damn well you don't get to decide when this ends. You hiding the pregnancy—fine, I let that slide. But don't even think about using the miscarriage as an excuse to walk away." His tone was completely flat, without a trace of emotion. Amelia let out a bitter chuckle. Yeah... she really had no say in any of this. That agreement they signed? It was never fair to begin with. She never had rights in front of him. Not the right to throw a tantrum, not the right to be difficult... heck, not even the right to ask for a breakup. "Feeling wronged?" Simon asked, eyes fixed on her. Amelia gave a soft laugh.
