I finished gathering up our dresses, makeup bags, and everything I would need to get ready for today, and headed to Acadia’s house.
I walked into her office to see her sitting at her desk, listening to Kelvin, Claudette, Remey, and Oscar. I looked into her eyes and it still took my breath away, her eyes stayed the same since the battle, one black and one golden, a mixture of who she truly is.
