Alora POV
I must have been more exhausted than I thought, I woke up with the sunshine glaring on my face. I stretch my arms and realise the bed beside me, on both sides are cold.
The bed beside me was empty, and it didn't look like my mates even came to bed, and I felt a pang of guilt.
Maybe I flipped out too easily. They must be so upset with me if they did't even come to bed.
'They have blocked us. They are obviously pissed at us, but they were also in the wrong.' Veda states sadly, and I feel awful.
I should have talked it out last night, but my whole being was exhausted, and I didn't have it in me.
"Let me get dressed, and I'll go find them," I say out loud, but Veda doesn't say anything, just huffs.
"It's ok, Ve, I won't let them off so easily, but we need to communicate with them," I say and grab some clothes. Veda goes back to sleep in the back of my mind. It's obvious she misses our mates, even though it's been not even 24 hours.
I also felt her determination to make them realise they were in the wrong to think they could tame us.
We are the Luna with Alpha blood running through our veins.
I grab some leggings, vests, and an oversized hoodie.
I get dressed and head out.
They must be at the office.
The door is closed, and im in two minds about knocking, but I've never knocked, and so I decide against it.
What I see when I open the door boils my blood, and I want to turn around and leave, but I can't. I'm so hurt that they would leave our bed to find them this way, but my feet are frozen to the ground completely, and my blood feels like its boiling hot, my whole being is on fire and I'm sure steam is escaping out of my ears.
'How could they?' I ask Veda, who has awoke by my distress, I can't look away.
Veda releases a wall shaking growl.
Asleep on the sofa is both of my mates, sat either side with their heads leant back, gently snoring, but that isn't what has me heartbroken.
Laid in between them, she has her head on Austins lap, facing him with her head practically on his d**k her face in his stomach and her feet in Aidens lap. Both of their hands are on her.
RUBY.
All three of them startle awake. It takes my so-called mates a minute to realise the position they were found in. They jumped up, but I could feel the tell tale sign that I was losing control.
Vedas fur was ichingly pushing through each of my pores. Canines have pushed through and are now cutting my lower lip.
My vision is blurred with my tears, and my fingertips burnt with the claws slowly pushing through. My whole being is vibrating between the continuous growls and the shaking out of pure anger.
All I could think of was them leaving our room and coming to Ruby.
My mates shouldn't be touching another she-wolf, especially like that.
"GET OUT NOW." Austin growl his Alpha command at Ruby, but she hesitated.
My claws were iching to sink into her flesh.
My sole focus was now on her. "YOU!" I growled out, and she was physically shaking, but it just made my anger worse
"YOU DARE TOUCH MY MATES, YOU CHALLENGE MY STATUS AND NOW YOU WILL PAY," both myself and Veda talk as one.
"I.. I.." she stuttered, but she made the mistake of moving, not towards me and the door but behind Austin and clutching his top.
This b***h is dead.
"Alora, please calm down," Aiden said, exasperated at me. Like, I'm the one in the wrong.
My attention moves to him, but I look at him in disgust.
"You have the gore to stand there and sound irritated with me after I find you with your hands on another she-wolf," I say in disbelief, and he finally looks guilty.
"It's not what you think," he states like that makes it better.
"It's not what I think! Seriously.. I'm seeing things then. My eyes were seeing things when we saw you both snuggled up with HER, your hands on HER, and HER face practically on Austins dick." My words seem to make them angry."She is like our sister. How could you think that of us? " Aiden says, but Austin has yet to speak.
"Calm down, please love," Austin finally speaks, but telling me to calm down doesn't help.
We growl lowly at him.
he walks closer and closer and stands with his hands up in surrender.
His eyes glazed over, and Ruby slipped from behind him and out of the door before I could understand what was happening.
he slams the door shut, so it's just us three.
I feel too hot in here.
'We need to get out of here Ve' I say, wanting to escape.
"Let's just talk," Aiden said, rubbing his hands down his face.
"Talk.. Talk. Are you serious? I came down feeling bad about you not coming to bed and not talking last night.." I'm lost for words, and when he leans in to touch me, I step back.
"It's not what it looked like, honestly. We would never do that," he said, but I'm still angry.
"We love you baby, we would never," and sadness overtakes my anger, and in a blink of an eye, we stop the slow, angry shift.
Tears stream down my face, and as much as I try to hold myself together, my heart is shattering.
Even if they didn't touch her sexually, they still touched her, still comforted her, and let her touch them.
"So it's not what it looked like.." I whisper, and they both looked relieved, shaking their heads no.
"If that's so and it's ok to find you like that, then it would be ok to find me in that position with a 'friend' " but my words just piss them off and now it was their turn to be angry and growling.
Give me a break.
"YOU TWO FACED BASTARDS, ITS OK FOR YOU BUT DEFINITELY NOT ME. WHAT HAPPENED TO IT BEING NOTHING? " I shout absolutely livid.
I rip the door open. 'Let's go,' I say to Veda, and we storm outside and shift.
Those dirty dogs..
how could they??
To think I was going to give them some leeway with the events yesterday..
I can't cope and block myself away, giving Veda full control.
