Damon put us on a jet and took us to Washington State, to the city of Sequim, known as the city of lavender fields.
We left on time and arrived close to sunset, the fastest trip I have ever made in my life. A car was waiting for us at the track and took us to the small town in the north of the country, very close to Seattle, giving me a rewarding view. From the road, the fields could already be seen and an endless emotion took over every cell of my body. It may seem silly, but lavender has always been symbolic in my family, especially for my mother.
Lavender has many meanings around the world and was originally known as nard, the most expensive perfume. Margarita told me how Mary Magdalene washed Jesus' feet with it and how the Egyptians spread its scent to denote
