The conference room became rowdy as everyone started talking at once. It continued like that for five minutes and it didn’t look like we were going to get a solution any time soon.
“Guys!” I banged on the table trying to catch everyone’s attention.
“Arguing – this is not going to take us anywhere. The future of H&G is too precious for arguments. So, all of you out except Victoria. Since she’s the general manager, I’m going to chat with her for a while and then communicate the outcome of the chat. We’ll go from there,”.
