“Honestly,” Cassidy sighed, “I think you’re the best fit for the Female lead but I am only the assistant director. The ultimate power to select the final cast for the characters will be selected by Director Nathan. As long as you perform well in the audition, I believe you’ll be chosen,”.
“Is it possible?” Jasmine’s eyes twinkled with disappointment.
“Of course,” Cassidy gave her a reassuring smile.
“Listen, Miss Hart,” Jasmine faced Cassidy “I have already fallen in love with the Female lead Melissa and I feel I can play her to perfection. Can you at least put in a good word for me in front of Director Nathan? If I get the role, someone I know is willing to invest $30 million more in the drama. What do you say?”
