Nerina's POV
Liam dropped us in front of the packhouse and drove off toward the dungeons without saying another word.
I guess he was more occupied with whatever was on his mind that he forgot to say goodbye.
I shook the thought off and pulled Nova towards the packhouse.
Nova had become a wreck when Liam told us that Roger had captured one of the Ragans and they were heading towards the dungeons with him.
For the last couple of miles, Nova had cried hysterically... NON STOP!
She was driving Liam and me insane with all the sobbing.
When we came to a stop in front of the packhouse, Nova had calmed down just enough for me to help her out of the truck.
Her eyes were swollen and red, and her cheeks flushed from all the tears.
