Nerina's POV
Sonia was fast on her feet, but not only that, she could manipulate magic easily. I have heard that she was top of her class and was very experienced in her magic.
I pulled extra energy from Zira, making sure I could duck out of every strike Sonia sent my way.
That obviously annoyed Zira, that I was using her to do what I needed to do.
Even though Sonia looked calm and composed, she slowly started to get irritated and annoyed with me.
Another magical strike came my way and I ducked, having the blow miss me by inches.
Zira, who was impatiently waiting for me to shift, growled.
"Let me shift!" She moaned, "let me take care of her!"
