Nerina's POV
It was around two thirty am when I woke, feeling much more myself and finding Nova silently sleeping in the chair. I pulled a blanket over her, careful not to wake her, and tiptoed out of my room to my washroom to freshen up and get dressed.
When I was done with my routine, I quickly but as silently as I possibly checked if Nova was still asleep and left.
The packhouse was still quiet as most members were still asleep. I quickly made my way out towards the gardens before anyone saw me.
Most pack members will start getting ready by four am to go down for training. I wanted to be back before then.
I found a suitable tree and got undressed, leaving my clothes in a hollow tree before I shifted into my black beast.
