Liam walked back to the questioning box and sat down, he looked at Lily-Ann with disgust as if he was a three headed cow or something but Lily-Ann didn't much cared for him either, all she wanted to do was skin him a live and if he disrespected her she might just do it

" dont worry Mr Pratt you dont need to take the Oath again" said Lily-Ann when she caught Liam looking at the guard with the code and guide manuscript

"Mr Pratt what is your relationship with Miss Moassi" asked Lily-Ann with a smug expression, Liam looked shock at the question and began to stutter

" mi,mi,miss Moa,moass,moasssi "

" yes Mr Pratt to be specific am talking about Annabelle Moassi" said Lily-Ann in a sweet charming tone, patting herself on the back once more.

" Annabelle and I are just friends" said Liam in his most confident tone, why was Lily-Ann asking about his relationship with Annabelle, what angle was she playing at he thought to him self, he hated the De'luca they always thought too much of themselves if it weren't for his family there wouldn't even be a CUB.

" are you sure about that Mr Pratt, because i do believe others would state that you and miss Moassi have a s****l relationship" said Lily-Ann in a matter of fact tone

" so what if we do, we are both adults i don't see what the issue is" said Liam feeling annoyed at Lily-Ann and her condescending tone.

" no issue i assure you, but isnt it a fact that the only reason, you seal the summon for Soraya De'luca is because your banging miss Moassi and you were only trying to please her, it had nothing to do with you believing her claim or not and that's why your father did not support you, and still don't, regardless of what you said earlier" said Lily-Ann with so much conviction in her voice.

Liam was once again caught off guard and Lily- Ann could tell he had his mouth open and his eyes were flicking from her to Howard his father who is seated with the other members.

" i would like an answer today Mr. Pratt" said Lily-Ann

" i am sleeping with Annabelle but my reason for sealing the summon had nothing to do with that, it's not like we are the only clan heirs sleeping together, every one knows Soraya De'luca is banging Terrence Vadeem" said Liam feeling proud that he got one off Lily-Ann but when he saw that the smile on her face didn't disappear he looked around the room.

" Mr Pratt you would want the other clan members to believe that Soraya and Terrence are having some relations, terrence who call a no confidence vote for her at the last CUB comity meeting one i am aware you attended." said Lily-Ann in a factual tone. She was feeling confident she had back Liam into a corner and he is fears were showing

" well they were dancing at the ball after he called the no confidence vote so they couldn't have hated each other to be dancing" said Liam, he was trying to get back on track but he knew he had made a blunder when he compared him self and Moassi to Soraya and Terrence.

Lily-Ann made a soft chuckle that could he heard throughout the Tribunal hall then she look away from Liam and to the clandestine members and said,

" an assumption that two enemies cannot have a civil dance, something that has happened between different thrones for years, that is what Mr Pratt would have you believe, but what i am putting before you now is that Mr Pratt had no reason other than the fact that he is involved with Miss Moassi to why he seal that summon for Soraya De'luca"

Jumping from his seat in the question box, with anger in his voice Liam shouted at Lily-Ann.

" that is a lie, i hate all you De'luca's you think you are............."

With a bang of his mullet Lorenzo shouted for Liam to sit down and shut up, to which he did. And it was at that time that Liam realized he had allowed Lily-Ann to trap him into saying the wrong thing.

" i guess hate for the De'luca family is his next reason then I rest my case Lorenzo" said Lily-Ann as she walked back to her seat.

" you may interigate the witness now Santos, who waved him off so the turn to Liam "you may step dow now Mr Pratt" said Lorenzo who tried his best to keep a straight face.

"Is there any other witness or proof the accuser or the accuse would like to present" said Lorenzo, but neither side said anything " well then we will move on to the offical phase we will hear from the Accuse partie and the accuser partie under clandestine oath"

Soraya smiled at her mother has she sat down, her mother was a bad ass, she had known her mother was not to be trifled with, but it was the first time she was seeing it up close in person. When Terrence had taken the stand she was a bit afraid but after seeing him handle himself she knew that he was undoubtedly an ally in her corner. They were nearing the end of the trial, the Reveara's had won the first round but from the show her mother just put on she was feeling a bit more confident.

Santos was fuming from the other side of the hall, he wanted to break Lily-Ann neck she was a sneaking and trifling b***h of a woman he thought, no wonder Soraya is such a defensive and proud little snake. He had to get back in the game he knew he had just lost that second round, and it was time for both the accuser and the accuse to take the box under oath.

He knew Cindy could handle her self has he thought back to the Evening after Antonio was killed and Cindy came crying to him.

He was sitting in his office with a whiskey glass in hand, has he tried to nurse his broken heart when there was a knock on his office door and it c***k open.

" Mr. Reveara, crying sounds escaping her mouth, i know who killed Antonio" She said as she cried even harder and walked into his office

"What, who, how do you, please calm down, sit down and tell me everything" he said and she sat down but kept on crying

" it was the De'luca's"

" what did you just say" he asked feeling shock the De'luca could never do such a thing

" are you sure about this Cindy my daughter, because this does not sound like the De'luca's" he asked

" Yes i am sure, it was Soraya De'luca who had him killed, she had threaten him in the CUB comity meeting Annabelle Moassi said and now he's dead" Said Cindy as she cried,

His heart broke for his daughtering law she had just got married and now she was a widower and he was left without an heir

The De'luca's will pay for their injustice to this family if it's the last thing he did.

"Do you Soraya De'luca swear to speak the truth, being lead by the code and guide set before you so Tantum Facinus Vitae" said Lorenzo

Soraya looked at the code and guide manuscript with her fingers sprawled over the cover, the texture of the book felt just as she had imagine, old and wise. As her father spoke the oath, she didn't dear look at him out of fear that she might lose herself control and has he finished she said

She released a breath she was not aware that she was holding and look straight at the seated members, Santos got up from his seat at the front table to the left of the hall, he had a sinister smile on his face, and Soraya wanted to hit him so bad, as he approached the box, she didn't flinch but stared him straight in the eyes.

"Miss De'luca what do you think of Cindy Owana Reveara?" Santos asked, Soraya was not sure what type of question that was but whe kept a firm stare on him, for she did not want to give off any emotion that he could exploit,

"Did you hear me Miss De'luca" Santos said for Soraya still did not say a word

"I think Miss Owana Reveara is a heartbroken Grieving, woman who has been through a lot" shifting her eyes from Santos Soraya looked directly at Cindy with as much empathy as she could muster up "I don't know her personally but any woman in her position would be going through the same thing"

"So you believe then, that Miss Owana Reveara deserves justice for the death of her husband" uttered Santos as he pointed at Cindy, who was seated at there table with the fakest sad face Soraya thought she's ever seen.

" yes i believe She deserves justice, but justice from the right party" said Soraya with a slight break in her voice

"So you still professed that you are innocent of Antonio's murder but there were people there when you threaten both him and Annabelle Moassi" Santos prattle on as he hoped his words would scare her

" YES I AM INNOCENT" said Soraya in a stronger tone than was needed, for she was getting frustrated with Santos and is ominous questions. Wanting to calm herself she looked over at her mother who smile at her in assurance.

" did you are did you not threaten Miss Moassi and Mr Reveara" asked Santos in a much stronger tone

" yes i did threaten them in a sense but" before she could finish her speach Santos butted in " so you did threaten them, but you want the clandeatine members to believe you didn't murder Antonio, coincidence i think not" Soraya was trying to finish her speech but Santos just kept on talk over her so she got up and shouted" i only threaten them out of Clandestine finality"

He walked back to his seat and held his head high. Cindy was looking odd but he did not want to pick at her for she was pregnant and had to go through this trial. It was already hard for her, she didn't need him picking at her as well.

Lily-Ann got up and walked over to the questioning box, she could see that Soraya look a bit fatigue, so she wink at her in assurance that she wouldn't take long.

" Soraya, did you are did you not have Antonio killed" asked Lily-Ann

Releasing a breath Soraya said in her most convincing tone,

"No, i did not have Antonio killed nor did i kill him"

" why should the clandestine believe you on this" asked Lily-Ann in a matter of fact tone, Soraya wasn't sure where her mother was going with her questions but she trusted her with her life.

" most of the clandestine members don't know me personally, and those that know me, are aware of my likeness to my father in character, Lorenzo De'luca is a fair authoritarian, kind and strong leader, and he raised his kids with those same values that he hold dear, to give every man his just due, to hold everyone even our friends in account, to show love for it is a strength not a weakness and to be strong in the sight of danger. You don't know me but you know the man that raised me and that is why you all should believe me when i say i did not have anything to do with Antonio's death." Said Soraya, she didn't dear look to her father as she spoke but she felt his love for her in a sense.

" i rest my case, but their is a case of Dishonor that i would like to place before the tribunal the dishonored Seal of the Pratt family" said Lily-Ann, there was a grasp from the members in disbelief.

"On what grounds, you cannot do that" shouted Santos as he stood to his feet

" you keep telling me what i can and cannot do Santos but the code and guides keep telling you other wise, Section 5 courtly tribunal, code 2 the seal of three evoked, section E; Dishonored seal. You should Be well verse in dishonor Santos" said Lily- Ann in a confident and cocky tone.

" Santos, Lily-Ann approach" said Lorenzo in a angry tone, both parties walked up to the dais and look up at Lorenzo, but it was Santos who first spoke,

" she cannot do this now" said Santos fuming beside Lily-Ann who didnt seem one bit intimidated by him

" yes i can, the code specifically said a dishonored seal can be draw at anytime in the tribunal even at the sentencing phase once their is proof of its existence" said Lily-Ann who sounded tired of Santos telling her what she can and cannot do

" under what grounds do you call a dishonored seal" said Lorenzo to Lily-Ann in a whisper

"Liam Pratt only seal that summon because of his affiliation with Annabelle Moassi and you heard him when he took the stand he hate us De'luca that is enough reason to look into this" argued Lily-Ann

" a dishonored seal decision still comes from the clandestine members they would have to evaluate your claim and see if it hold enough doubt to dishonor the Pratt family seal" explained Lorenzo, he knew what Lily-Ann was up to and deep down he hope it would work but he had to keep to character.

" look i am not happy with this but what i will do is allow Cindy to take the box, then we will break and the members will decide of there is grounds for a dishonored seal" said Lorenzo

" you cannot let Cindy still take the box, this should put a pause in the tribunal for deliberation no more testimony should be heard once a dishonored seal is called for you cannot do this" said Lily-Ann in a harsh but soft tone

" i can do this Lily-Ann and i will, take your seat and Santos call Cindy to the stand" said Lorenzo in a firm voice that made Lily-Ann storm off in a Hoff and Santos looking as if he won a medal. " wipe that smirk off your face Santos and get on with it" said Lorenzo to Santos who was still standing at the dais watch Lily-Ann's retreating form

"I call Cindy to the box for her questioning under Oath, so Soraya you may step down" said Santos in a cheerful voice, Cindy got up and walk to the now empty box that once occupied Soraya's form then sat down, the guard with the Codes and guides manuscript walk up to her and she placed her left hand on the book.

" before i go any future i would like to announce that in light of a dishonored seal put before the tribunal we will break for the deliberation but before we do we will hear from the accuser under oath" said Lorenzo to which the members seem to nob in confirmation

" do you Cindy Owana Reveara, swear to speak the truth, being lead by the codes and guide that is set before you, so Tantum Facinus vitae" said Lorenzo

This was what she had been dreading, ever since Terrence came to Brazil and order her to take back her accusation or face the death of Ryan she has been in knocks, she had a duty to do, but could she sacrifice Ryan for that duty was she really that far gone.

" i do, so Tantum Facinus Vitae" said Cindy in a somber tone

Lily-Ann walked up to Cindy, she wanted to grab the little tart from the box and rearrange her facial features,but as she looked at her really look at her for the first time Lily-Ann could see that she was actually a beautiful girl, milky blond hair that looked nothing like a dye job, a slender nose that carried off her slender long face, and her eyes resembled that of Raven blue eyes but with a lighter lighter shade.
