I don't doubt it, your muscles looks very flexible, which is good for swimming, Linda said
Chris looked at her and she blushed, '' wow, I will take that as a compliment, now come on in here, let's swim, He said urging Linda to get into the river
No please, it's too cold, Linda protested
It won't be cold anymore once you get in
No Chris, I don't wanna swimm
Don't be a chicken Linda, or don't tell me you don't know how to swim?
Ofcourse I do, I bet I can even swim more than you, Linda said
Then come show me, Chris urged
Nop, I'm not getting in there, Linda persisted
Ok, Chris said, and started getting out from the water which has already soaked his clothes and made his six pack very visible through the shirt he was wearing, he pulled off the shirt and proceeded to hang it on the leaves instead went behind Linda and started pushing her inside the river
Chrisssss,stopppp, Linda screamed just as the chilly water touched her skin,
Like I said before, it won't be much cold if you get into the river and stay for a while, Chris said dragging her into the river with him
A minute later, they were both inside the river, splashing and laughing, playing like children or rather, like real lovers
I dare you to swim over to the middle side, Linda dared smiling
Instead of accepting or declining the dare, Chris went on and on about how he was nicknamed " merman' at the Skye Hotel, which has a very big and deep swimming pool, because of his swimming skills, while Linda bursted out laughing and said '' so you think you can compare an ordinary swimming pool to a river? A swimming pool that you already know it's depth and all, to a river that practically no one knows where it starts and where it ends, it has many boundaries with many other rivers in other villages
Linda then proceeded to tell him about a stranger once drowned in the river, but after many searching, his body wasn't found in the river, but to the surprise of many, the body was later found in the nearby village river. It was then rumored that the two rivers conspired to punish the stranger for something he must have done against the land
Chris laughed hard at the last part " superstitions, superstitions, He said amidst laughter
So you don't believe that rivers have powers ? Linda asked
And I certainly don't believe they have the ability to conspire among themselves, Chris answered still laughing
Well, you know what I think? Linda began, I think you have been influenced too much by the white men ways of thinking for you to say that, just five years ago, this same river we are inside of made its way to the meat s*******r market, avoiding every building and other market places, went straight to the meat market, took every meat there and flowed back here, after some research and question asking by the elders and local chief priests, they found out that the annual sacrifice that was usually given to the river has been ignored for almost ten years, so it got angry and decided to go get it's meat by itself, they had to appease her with a lot of cow sacrifices and since then, they never missed the annual sacrifice
After listening to the story, Chris who didn't know how to continue his own side of the argument shrugged and said, I guess the saying, " give to caesar what belongs to caesar and give to Christ what belongs to Christ'' should be respected after all
Yeah, it certainly should be, Merman.. Linda said sarcastically coming out of the river
You look like a mermaid or a river goddess moving out from the river like that , Chris remarked watching the way her waist swayed right to left as she walked
You sound like you have seen one, Linda inquired , besides you don't believe in those
Yes I don't believe in them , but I have actually seen one, Chris said'' in movies' he added smiling mischievously at the surprise and shock he saw at Linda's face when he admitted he had seen a mermaid
Anyways, the view you're giving from back here is really attracting, keep that up and I might really marry you,
Linda blushed deeply and rushed to tie her wrappers to prevent any more erotic views.
