Why could i hear Emily’s heartbeat? Was it because i truly had vampire blood in me?
Everything felt so unfamiliar- like I’d stepped into someone else’s life. The truth about my father death, my mother’s supposed betrayal, and now, the vampire blood coursing through me. It was all too much. I couldn’t fully process the things Emily had told me.
