I was still fuming about Rosie’s accusations, but i had to play it cool. I decided to use the situation to my advantage, pretending to be hurt and offended. I never thought she would caught me, but it happened.
“I’m leaving. I can’t stand this accusation against me”. I announced to Raven, trying to sound as dramatic as possible. “I won’t stay where I’m not wanted”. Raven, who was standing behind watched me packing up.
Just then, i finished packing and was about to leave.
“Call me back Raven, ask me to stay please. I don’t want to leave yet”. I said quietly as i walked slowly towards the door.
“Wait Joan!” He finally called me back.
