***Nicole's POV*** "You're home early, is everything okay?" my mom came out of her room with concern in her voice. I almost never come home early, so it is understandable. "Yeah, I just needed to talk with you about something. I'm sure you heard all about the new contract yesterday right?" I waited for her to nod. "Seems part of this is training in Virginia and it will be about a month long." Her eyes get wide and I hold up a hand to before she can say anything. "VXB is evidently covering the costs of relocating families there and housing there for that month, but the down side is that we need to be ready to go as soon as possible." "How soon?"
