Chapter Forty-four
***Nicole's POV*** Hannah was telling me about something on one of the animes I had gotten her watching that she was ahead of me on, and she was getting extremely animated about, when she stumbled a bit grabbing onto me to keep from falling. I felt my foot land wrong, and felt a pop in my ankle as pain screamed up my leg, I tried my best to bite back any sound of pain, but I knew I couldn't stop it all and as my leg gave out, I tried to brace myself for impact to the ground, hands out, and eyes shut. I felt my hands hit something hard, but warm causing me to open my eyes and see Damian's shirt beneath my hands.
