***Damian's POV*** As Nicole told me what she dreamed of, things slowly clicked into place as she talked, verbal, emotional, and s****l abuse, from multiple different people. While I felt rage that she had been treated that way, at the same time, I was beyond amazed at how she fought against it. She never used it as an excuse, or a way out, just worked harder and cared more for people as if she was trying to prove her worth instead of letting them win.
