When the doorbell rings at 5:50 Pm, Ty instantly drops his controller from his hands. We were playing a video game in his room after reaching back home. "Might be Aaron," he says looking at me. "Go open the door."
"Okay," I hum whilst crawling out of the bed. "Er..Ty, let's study here today?" I ask, already expecting him to start yelling at me.
But he then look at me and ask something, totally surprising me. "You wanna study here?"
"Yeah.." I nod, trying to not show the surprise on my face. "It's difficult to sit on the couch and study. Here is better"
"Okay, tell him to come upstairs," he says blankly. My eyes almost pop out at that. But I quickly turn around and walk out of the room before he could change his decision.
