“Of course,” she replied. “Cerulean became also a brother to me. He was so sweet, and understanding. I witnessed how he adores and loves you. He loved you until the end, Aiden.” My tears started to fall upon hearing that.
“Why does he have to go?” I asked between my sniffles. “he was my life, too.”
“To be honest, I also do not have the answer to your question. “All he ever wanted was for you to become happy.”
“I know,” I affirmed as I wipe my tears. “I don’t know how, but I promised him that I will.”
“Only time will tell. When Dad died, I also felt like it was the end of the world. It became very hard for me but Mom married your Dad and I met you. Slowly, it became better for me. I guess what I’m trying to say is… it’s not the end yet.”
