Wilona gazed around the villa she would be staying in, awestruck.
She had expected to find a small house in the city center, far from any pleasant views.
However, the villa was located just a few kilometers from Miami Beach, and even on a quiet night, Wilona was sure she could still hear the sound of the waves crashing against the shore.
The villa itself was no less beautiful. Its modern minimalist design was dominated by rectangular boxes and large glass windows covering most of the walls, allowing light to pour in from all directions.
Not to mention the rows of tall, broad-leafed palm trees surrounding the house, which acted as a fortress, enclosing a high wall with a sturdy iron gate, making Wilona feel secure even though the villa had an open-plan concept.
